Jeanette Didon, a Swedish interior architect and hospitality designer, hails from a small village in northern Sweden. Her journey from the tranquil countryside to the vibrant heart of Stockholm was fueled by a desire for cultural diversity and a deep love for socializing and creativity.
Didon’s career took flight as she designed bars and restaurants for renowned hospitality groups in Stockholm. She gained international recognition for her interior designs, and relocated to New York to grow her competence and craft.
Building on her international experience and collaborations with industry leaders, Didon founded her own design studio, BYBLACK NYC. And for a decade, her studio has specialized in crafting unique, unforgettable hospitality spaces, attracting a global following of guests and receiving acclaim from prestigious publications and social media. With a portfolio encompassing over 20 restaurant interiors, Didon has collaborated with prestigious clients worldwide.
