Djuret (The Animal), Nose-to-tail restaurant in Stockholm. Interior design concept emphasizing the concept of only serving one animal at the time “nose to tail” style.  Jovial atmosphere where a hunting lodge crosses with a good-natured butcher´s museum, with an an ecological design point-of-view.
